Welcome to hottake apparel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
hottake apparel is a trading name of KTE Ventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17412131, with registered office at 184 Shepherds Bush Road, Hammersmith, London, W6 7NL. You can contact us at hottakehello@gmail.com.
2. Products & Made-to-Order Nature
All products sold by hottake apparel are printed and/or embroidered to order once you place a purchase — we do not hold stock. Because of this:
- Colours may appear slightly different on screen versus the finished product, due to monitor settings and the nature of print/embroidery production.
- Product images are representative mockups; minor variation in print placement, size, or finish is normal and does not constitute a fault.
- Please see our separate Refund & Returns Policy for details on what is and isn't covered.
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/production issues with our fulfilment partner.
- Payment is processed securely at the point of order; your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully taken.
4. Shipping & Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, directly to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping page, but these are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, artwork, and content on this site are the property of hottake apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to reproduce or resell the design.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, hottake apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including your statutory consumer rights (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
8. Age Requirement
By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are placing an order with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions under the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause affects those rights.
